Terms & Conditions

Charging sessions must be initiated using authorised methods provided by SuperCharge.SG.

Users are responsible for ensuring:

  • Your payment method is valid and active
  • Your account has sufficient funds or credit authorisation
  • Charging sessions are properly started and stopped

Incomplete or failed payments may result in suspension of your charging privileges.

You may receive notifications via:

  • Email
  • Push notification

Notifications are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

You remain fully responsible for monitoring your charging sessions and vehicle status.

The MCST and SuperCharge.SG reserve the right to introduce or revise idling fees and grace periods in future.

You are expected to remove your vehicle promptly upon charging completion to ensure fair access to shared charging facilities.

You shall:

  • Park only within designated EV charging lots
  • Remove your vehicle promptly after charging
  • Ensure charging connectors are securely connected
  • Handle charging equipment carefully
  • Report damaged equipment immediately

You shall NOT:

  • Tamper with chargers or cables
  • Use unauthorised adapters or extension devices
  • Obstruct access to charging stations
  • Leave cables improperly placed
  • Damage charging infrastructure

EV charging facilities are shared amenities intended for fair usage among residents and authorised users.

Long-term occupation of charging lots after charging completion is discouraged.

Repeated abuse of charger availability or parking etiquette may result in suspension of your access privileges.

Charging station availability is not guaranteed at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance works
  • Electrical supply limitations
  • Network interruptions
  • Backend system maintenance
  • Vehicle-side charging limitations
  • Emergency shutdowns

Actual charging performance depends on various factors including:

  • Vehicle onboard charger capability
  • Battery condition
  • State of charge
  • Battery temperature
  • Vehicle-requested charging current

SuperCharge.SG does not guarantee charging speeds or charging duration.

Users use the charging facilities entirely at their own risk.

The MCST, Managing Agent, and SuperCharge.SG shall not be liable for:

  • Charging interruptions
  • Failed charging sessions
  • Vehicle damage arising from vehicle-side faults
  • Loss of data
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by charger downtime or maintenance

SuperCharge.SG and the MCST reserve the right to suspend or terminate charging access for:

  • Unpaid fees
  • Abuse of facilities
  • Repeated breaches of these Terms & Conditions
  • Unsafe usage behaviour
  • Damage to charging infrastructure

Charging sessions may collect and store:

  • Charging duration and energy consumption
  • Vehicle charging identifiers
  • Payment records
  • System logs and notification records

Such information may be used for billing, maintenance, operational monitoring, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.

All personal data shall be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore laws including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

These Terms & Conditions may be amended or updated at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the charging facilities constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
