QuantumCharge.io, our OCPP platform for EV charging
QuantumCharge.io is SuperCharge.SG's OCPP charging platform: the charging management system (CPMS) we built to run our own chargers, now available to condos, fleets and charge point operators. Connect most OCPP 1.6 chargers, bill users fairly and see every charger from one screen.
QuantumCharge.io statistics: energy per charger, month by month. Charger IDs and the user name are blurred.
Why this platform
Built to run our own chargers, now offered as SaaS
We wrote QuantumCharge.io because we needed it to operate the chargers we install and manage. The same platform is now available to you.
Proven on our own chargers
We built this platform to operate the chargers we install and manage as an LTA-licensed EV charging operator (EVCO), so it is used every day, not a demo product.
Works with most OCPP 1.6 chargers
You are not tied to one charger brand. Most chargers that support OCPP 1.6 can connect, whether you are buying new or already have them.
Your brand or ours
Run it as SuperCharge.SG, or, for charge point operators, under your own brand as a white-label platform.
Running in a real condo today
Shared resident charging at The Madeira is managed by SuperCharge.SG on this platform. Residents start sessions with the access methods we provide, pay a per-kWh rate plus a flat fee per session, and can be notified by email or push notification when charging ends. See our EV charging projects in Singapore.
Inside QuantumCharge.io
Real screens from the dashboard and the driver app, as we use them every day. Charger IDs, session IDs, names and prices are blurred.
QuantumCharge.io
Every charger's live status, connectors and power draw.
QuantumCharge.io
Session history with duration, idle time and energy.
The driver app: find an available charger nearby.
The driver app: this month's sessions and history.
Who it's for
One platform, three ways to use it
Choose your situation to see what the platform does for you.
For condo MCSTs and managing agents
Shared chargers in a condo car park only work if residents pay for what they use and the committee does not have to chase anyone. The platform takes billing and access off the managing agent's desk.
Residents pay per kWh, per session or both, so the MCST is not left with the electricity bill
Only registered residents and their cards can start a charge
Monthly statements the managing agent can file without spreadsheets
Faults show up on the dashboard before residents complain
For businesses and fleets
Workplaces, showrooms and depots need to know which vehicles charged, how much energy they used and what it cost, without overloading the building supply.
Separate access and pricing for staff, visitors and fleet vehicles
Energy and cost per vehicle or driver, ready for cost allocation
Load management that shares the available power across chargers
One view across every site, whichever charger brands you run
For charge point operators (white label)
If you sell charging to the public, you need a back end you control and a brand drivers recognise, without building software from scratch.
Selling charging to the public needs an EV Charging Operator licence from LTA; the platform helps you run the network, it does not replace the licence.
Your logo, colours and domain on the driver-facing app

Features
EV charging management software features
Everything you need to run shared chargers day to day, from the first session to the monthly statement.
Per-kWh and per-session billing
Set a rate per kWh, a flat fee per session, or both, with different tariffs per site or user group. Every session is metered and billed automatically.
User and RFID access
Decide who can charge: registered residents, staff, fleet cards or the public. Start sessions with an RFID card or the app, and switch users off in a click.
Remote monitoring and alerts
See every charger's live status (available, charging, offline or faulted) and get alerts when one drops off, so it is fixed before anyone notices.
Load management
Share a limited building supply across many chargers, so you can add chargers without an immediate power upgrade and never trip the main breaker.
Reports and exports
Energy, sessions, revenue and uptime by site, charger or user, exported for the managing agent, finance team or regulator.
OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1
Supports the two OCPP versions in use today, so new chargers and older OCPP 1.6 units can run side by side on one platform.
Resident and driver app
Drivers find a free charger, start and stop a session, pay and get notified when charging is done, all from their phone.
OCPI roaming
Supports OCPI, the open roaming protocol, so your chargers can be connected to roaming partners' apps where you choose to.
LTA data submission for EVCO licensees
Submits the charging data LTA requires from licensed EV charging operators, so it does not have to be compiled by hand.
OCPP explained
What is OCPP, in plain English?
OCPP is why you can choose from many charger brands and still run them all from one platform.
A common language
OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) is an open standard published by the Open Charge Alliance. It defines how a charger and a management system talk to each other: start and stop a session, report energy, send faults and receive settings.
Charger and software, decoupled
Because the language is shared, the charger and the software no longer have to come from the same company. You can choose the best hardware for each site and, in most cases, run it all from one platform.
No lock-in
If you ever change platforms, an OCPP charger is repointed to the new system's address. You keep your hardware instead of ripping it out.
Required for grant-funded condo chargers
LTA's EV Common Charger Grant requires type-approved smart chargers of up to 22kW that support OCPP 1.6 or above. The grant runs until 31 December 2026 or until funds are used up.
A software subscription for each charger on the platform. Your quote follows a short demo, based on your chargers and what you need the platform to do.

FAQ
OCPP platform FAQs
What is an OCPP platform or CPMS?
A charge point management system (CPMS) is the software that runs a group of EV chargers: who can use them, what they pay, whether each one is working and how much energy it delivered. An OCPP platform is a CPMS that talks to chargers using the open OCPP standard, so it works with many charger brands.
Will my existing chargers work with your platform?
If they support OCPP 1.6, in most cases yes, whichever brand they are. Chargers without OCPP cannot be managed remotely by any CPMS. Send us your models and we will check them before you commit.
Which OCPP versions do you support?
OCPP 1.6J (JSON over WebSocket) and OCPP 2.0.1, so older and newer chargers can run side by side on one platform. Tell us your models and we will confirm which version each one uses.
Can our condo bill residents per kWh?
Yes. You can charge per kWh, add a flat fee per session, or combine both. At The Madeira, for example, residents pay a per-kWh rate plus a flat fee per session, and the MCST does not have to collect payments itself.
Do condo chargers need to be OCPP smart chargers?
For chargers funded by LTA's EV Common Charger Grant, yes: they must be type-approved smart chargers of up to 22kW that support OCPP 1.6 or above. The grant runs until 31 December 2026 or until funds are used up. Even without a grant, OCPP is what makes fair billing and remote fault-finding possible.
Can we run the platform under our own brand?
Yes. Charge point operators can run it as a white-label platform under their own brand: your logo, colours and domain on the driver-facing app, receipts issued under your brand, and payouts to each host.
Do I need an EV charging operator licence to use the platform?
The software does not change the licensing rule. LTA requires a licence to provide EV charging services to the public. Homeowners charging their household's cars, and fleet owners charging only their own fleet, do not need one. If you are unsure which side you fall on, check with LTA before you start charging the public.
How much does the platform cost?
The platform starts from S$25 per charger per month, billed annually. Your price depends on the number of chargers and sites, whether you need driver billing and payment collection, and white-label branding. We will quote after a short demo.
