Why SuperCharge.SG

Installed properly, registered properly, looked after properly

EV chargers and solar systems are regulated electrical installations. We do them by the book, then stay on to maintain them.

  • LTA type-approved chargers

Every charger we supply is type-approved by LTA to TR 25 or SS 722, Singapore's national EV charging standard since 1 April 2026.

  • Licensed Electrical Workers on every job

Our LEWs oversee each installation, and charger equipment specialists certify it, as LTA requires.

  • Paperwork handled

LTA charger registration for EV jobs; Qualified Person, permits and the SP Group connection for solar. We submit it for you.

  • Sleek all-black solar

Modern all-black panels for a clean roofline, designed around your roof and your electricity use.

  • Our own OCPP platform

We run our chargers on a platform we built ourselves, so condos and businesses get monitoring and support from the team that installed them.

FAQ

EV charger and solar questions, answered

Is SuperCharge.SG related to Tesla Superchargers?

No. SuperCharge.SG is an independent Singapore installer of EV chargers and solar systems, and is not affiliated with Tesla or its Supercharger network. We install and maintain chargers for homes, condos and businesses, and they work with any EV that uses Singapore's standard Type 2 (AC) or CCS2 (DC) connectors.

What does SuperCharge.SG install?

Home EV chargers for landed properties, shared EV charging for condominiums, commercial AC and DC fast chargers, rooftop solar for landed homes and commercial buildings, and solar plus EV charger bundles. We also maintain chargers and solar systems, and offer an OCPP platform for managing chargers.

Are your EV charger installations compliant with LTA rules?

Yes. Every charger model we supply is type-approved by LTA to TR 25 or SS 722, Singapore's national EV charging standard since 1 April 2026 (TR 25 approvals remain valid). A Licensed Electrical Worker carries out the installation, a charger equipment specialist certifies it, and the charger is registered with LTA before use. We can handle the registration on your behalf.

Can I install an EV charger or solar panels at my HDB flat?

We do not offer personal home chargers for HDB flats; HDB car parks are served by public chargers deployed under LTA's programme. HDB rooftops get solar under the government's SolarNova programme, so our solar service is for landed homes, condominiums and commercial or industrial buildings.

How long does it take to charge an EV at home?

It depends on your car's battery and the charger's power. As a guide, a typical home AC charger fills most cars overnight in about 6 to 8 hours, while DC fast chargers at commercial sites can do it in under an hour. We will recommend the right charger for your car and your electrical supply at the site visit.

How long does a solar installation take?

According to EMA, installing a solar PV system on a landed property usually takes 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the weather. Design, approvals and the SP Group connection come before that, and we give you a full timeline after the site visit.

Do I need approval to install solar panels?

Yes. A Qualified Person oversees the design and obtains any permits needed, which can include BCA, URA and SCDF depending on the project, and a Licensed Electrical Worker commissions the system and applies for the electrical licences. We arrange all of this for you.

Can I sell excess solar electricity back to the grid?

Yes. If you buy electricity from SP Group, you can register under the Simplified Credit Treatment, and exported electricity is credited on your monthly bill at the regulated tariff minus grid charges, revised quarterly. If you buy from an electricity retailer, exports are paid under the Enhanced Central Intermediary Scheme at wholesale prices.

Which areas of Singapore do you cover?

We are based at 11 Woodlands Close #10-25, Singapore 737853 and install for landed homes, condominiums and businesses across Singapore.
