2. Quotations & Pricing
   All quotations are provided based on the information received and are subject to change upon detailed site inspection. Prices are inclusive of standard installation unless otherwise stated. Promotional offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
   Payments must be made according to the payment schedule stated in the invoice. SuperCharge.sg reserves the right to withhold or delay service for late or incomplete payments.
4. Installation & Warranty
   Installations are carried out by trained personnel in compliance with regulatory guidelines. EV chargers and solar systems include manufacturer warranties (typically 1 year for workmanship, 10 years for inverters, and 25 years for PV panels). Warranty claims are subject to assessment and do not cover misuse or third-party tampering.
5. Use of Site
   You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to access protected areas. All content on SuperCharge.sg is the property of the company and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
6. Privacy
   Information you submit via forms or WhatsApp is used strictly for service communication, quotations, and project coordination. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
   While we strive for accuracy, SuperCharge.sg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website.
