Looking to SuperCharge your EV Charging?
Our Mobile App solution suite is designed for commercial properties that are looking to monetize their EV Charging capabilities and draw more traffic to their location.
2. Create an Account: Open the Mobile App and create an account by providing your email, password, and any other required information.
3. Login: Once your account is created, log in to the Mobile App using your credentials.
4. Add Payment Method: Go to the Mobile App's settings or payment section and add your preferred payment method and top of your account (if required).
5. Locate Charging Stations: Use the Mobile App to find available charging stations near your location. The Mobile App will likely have a map or a list of nearby charging points along with information like station type, availability, and charging rate.
6. Select a Station: Choose a charging station based on your preferences, such as charging speed, distance, and station type (e.g., Level 2, DC fast charger, Type 2, Chademo etc).
7. Check Station Availability: Ensure that the selected charging station is available and not in use by another EV. If it is available and you would like to ensure its availability when you arrive at the Charging Station, select Reserve. A small fee will apply.
8. Initiate Charging: Once you arrive at the charging station, open the Mobile App and navigate to the charging session initiation screen.
9. Scan QR Code (if applicable): Some of our charging stations may display a QR code on the station or charger to initiate the charging session. Use your Mobile App's built-in scanner to do this.
10. Start Charging: Press the "Start" button on the Mobile App. The charger should activate, and your EV will begin to charge.
11. Monitor Progress: The Mobile App will display real-time information about the charging session, including charging speed, energy added, and estimated time to completion (for DC Charging).
12. Notifications: Depending on the version of the Mobile App, it will offer notifications that keep you updated on your charging session's progress. You may receive alerts when the session starts, when it reaches a specific charge level, or when it's complete.
13. Pause or Stop Charging (if needed): If you wish to pause or stop the charging session before it's complete, you can do so through the Mobile App.
14. End Session: Once your EV is adequately charged, go back to the Mobile App and select "End Session". This will stop the charging. Thereafter disconnect charging cable from your vehicle and from the charger.
15. Receive Billing Details: After the session ends, the Mobile App will provide a summary of the charging session, including the amount of energy consumed and the cost. You might receive a receipt via email (if your email is set up correctly) and within the Mobile App.
